Electromontaj S.A. is expanding its team at the Clamp and Fitting Factory (FCA) in Câmpina and is looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance and Repair Electrician.
The role involves ensuring the continuous and safe operation of electrical machinery and installations within the factory, through rapid problem diagnosis and prompt preventive and corrective maintenance interventions.
Location: Electromontaj S.A. – Clamp and Fitting Factory (FCA) – Câmpina
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Repairs:
Perform planned repair and maintenance activities according to technical specifications;
Carry out prompt accidental repairs to minimize machine downtime;
Repair machinery and equipment, including work at height;
Know and apply the functional parameters of machines and installations to adjust and maintain them properly.
Diagnosis and Intervention:
Quickly diagnose electrical problems and promptly intervene to resume the work process;
Repair faults in electrical panels, power circuits and control circuits;
Correctly use professional measuring devices (multimeter, megohmmeter, clamp meter, testers).
Occupational Safety and Technical Norms:
Properly delimit the work area according to the N.G.S.S.M. (General Occupational Safety and Health Norms);
Check and ensure the integrity of the insulation, protective installations (neutral/earthing) and protective equipment.
Wiring and Equipment:
Make or repair electrical connections and industrial wiring;
Install primary equipment (switches, disconnectors, etc.) and secondary circuits (protection, measurement, control, automation).
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in a similar position (industrial maintenance/repair electrician);
Electrician Certificate/Qualification (mandatory);
Solid Technical Knowledge in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Electrical Installations;
Ability to interpret complex electrical schematics and diagrams;
Knowledge of the operation of machinery, electric motors and production equipment (press, cutting/injection machines, etc.);
Knowledge and application of electrical safety standards and insulation procedures (insulation verification, grounding, etc.).
