Role Summary
Lead the structural design of super high-rise tower projects, delivering safe, efficient, and innovative solutions in line with international standards and DAR’s design philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural design for towers (150m–300m+), including residential and mixed-use projects
- Develop and review analysis models, calculations, and design reports
- Design advanced lateral systems (shear walls, outriggers, belt trusses, mega-columns)
- Perform wind and seismic analysis and support performance-based design
- Review team deliverables and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
- Coordinate with architectural, MEP, façade, geotechnical, BIM teams, and authorities
- Support construction with design clarifications and technical solutions
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Minimum 12 years’ experience, including 4–6 years on super high-rise towers
- Strong skills in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD
- Knowledge of ACI, AISC, ASCE, Eurocodes, BS, SBC
