Available Job Categories

Salad Maker
Responsible for preparing fresh salads according to standard recipes, ensuring hygiene, food quality, and proper presentation. Candidates should have basic food handling knowledge and experience in kitchen environments.

Butcher
The butcher will handle meat cutting, trimming, and portioning while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Experience in handling different meat types and knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred.

Chapatti / Paratha Maker
Skilled individuals are required to prepare chapatti and paratha efficiently while maintaining consistent taste and quality. Prior experience in Asian or Middle Eastern kitchens will be an advantage.

Cook (African Cuisine)
Candidates must be experienced in preparing traditional African dishes, understanding spices, cooking techniques, and authentic flavors. Creativity and consistency are highly valued.

Filipino Cook
The Filipino Cook will be responsible for preparing popular Filipino dishes while ensuring food quality, taste, and hygiene standards. Experience in catering or restaurant settings is preferred.

Pakistani Cook
Applicants should be skilled in preparing Pakistani cuisine, including curries, rice dishes, and bread. Knowledge of spices and traditional cooking methods is essential.

Tea Boy (VIP)
This role involves serving beverages to VIP guests, maintaining cleanliness, and providing courteous service. Candidates should be well-groomed, polite, and attentive.

Waiter
Waiters are responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Good communication skills and a positive attitude are required.

General Cleaner
General Cleaners will maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, including floors, restrooms, and common spaces. Attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning schedules are essential.

Room Boy
The Room Boy ensures guest rooms are clean, well-organized, and fully stocked. Experience in housekeeping and hotel services is preferred.

Catering Busboy
Busboys assist catering staff by clearing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting smooth service operations during events and meal times.

Mess Hall Supervisor (Asian)
The supervisor will oversee mess hall operations, staff management, food service quality, and hygiene compliance. Leadership experience in catering or institutional dining is required.

Loader
Loaders are responsible for loading and unloading materials, ensuring safe handling, and supporting logistics operations. Physical fitness and teamwork are important.

Housekeeping Supervisor
This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, scheduling duties, inspecting work quality, and ensuring cleanliness standards are consistently met.

Kitchen Cleaning Supervisor
Responsible for managing kitchen cleaning teams, ensuring sanitation standards, proper waste disposal, and compliance with health regulations.

Swimming Pool Attendant (Certified)
Certified attendants will monitor pool safety, maintain cleanliness, and ensure guest safety at all times. Valid certification and experience are mandatory.
